Our Globalisation Consulting practice draws on our research capability, our cultural understanding and our consultants' experience in developing solutions for global leaders. It enables leaders to improve performance through aligning strategies and leadership to their cultural and business environment.

Global Ethics Codes: Investigating and analysing specific cases where different cultural interpretations of ethical behaviour have influenced work policies, practices and contract execution. Developing and cultural testing of Global Ethics Codes, to ensure their applicability in multiple cultural environments.

International Assignment Processes: Designing and developing integrated processes for managing expatriate assignments, from sourcing and recruitment to repatriation or re-assignment within global companies.

Motivating A Global Workforce: Developing processes to motivate candidates for taking on global projects and international assignments.  Establishing screening processes to ensure candidates have the competences that match the global assignment opportunities, and are capable of working effectively in globally dispersed teams.
